Btw, I'm a obese. So it's impossible for me to run fast or pass my ippt... Haha...
Here are the tips:-
In-pro: 7.10pm...
1. After briefing, charge to sit up station first!
Queue for sit up is longer and everybody takes 1min to complete. So, clear sit up first...
SIT-UP: 25 in 1min
2. Then go for shutter run.
Everyone spend 11sec average to complete their run. Turn over and look ar situp station now, u will see long queue...
SHUTTER RUN - 13.8s
3. Go over to standing board jump.
By the time u reach SBJ station, both sit-up and shutter run station will happen to be long queue. So, enjoy jumping...
SBJ - 180cm
4. Last, Chin up station...
Who will hang at chin up bar for more than 10sec?? Just mount up and release...
CHIN-UP - 0 times
Proceed to 2.4km run, drink some water if possible.
5. Surprise? You are the first detail... If possible form up in the front so that u will be the first few who start running...
Just enjoy walking if u are tired... No one rushing you, a few slow jog will be better so that you can out pro-fast...
2.4km - 22.28min 6rds
Walk straight to out-pro station,
Only 2-3 person in front of you...
Out-pro: 8.38pm
Yea, 1 IPT session completes...
4 to go and 1 last ippt... Don't blame me if it fails...
